MT-C has delivered their LMS solution to integrate the different IBM iSeries systems to the customer's Quantum Scalar i500 tape library. Customer gains in performance, reduces their total cost of ownership and reduces the human resources interventions.

Before to deliver our solution, the customer managed their iSeries systems (V5R4 and V6R1 partitions) data protection with a IBM LTO3 Robotics. Today, they have now opened the door of unification and starts to get its benefits, backup are done natively through a 8Gb/s Fiber Channel network on newest LTO technologies.
