Sales Development Rep (H/F)

MT-C is a software engineering company operating in data protection and data storage and archiving. We design and market software products and Software Defined Storage subsystems. Our clients are end-user clients in various sectors worldwide. Until recently, MT-C has been distributing its products via manufacturers and distributors. MT-C now wishes to reach out to the market directly, creating an opening for a Sales Development function.

Job Description

To contribute to our strategy of expansion, We are looking for a Sales Development Rep to join our Internal Sales team. The position is an entry point for a successful sales career at MT-C.

At MT-C we are defining the next generation enterprise storage solutions. Our team has deep expertise in the storage and data protection markets and we have a proven track record of disrupting the industry and building market-defining products.

Responsibilities

Embrace MT-C’s technology and core value proposition.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Prospect and Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization turn this into increased business
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales and/or lead generation. Interest and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
Strong personal organizational skills and self-discipline. High flexibility and autonomy
Ability to work in tight deadlines, stress resistant
Sales DNA: Emotionally/technically intelligent, hardworking, personable, and humble.
Fluent in English and French, knowledge of additional languages is a big plus.
